Zahraa Ayob is a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance candidate at New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from King’s College London, with internship experience spanning investment research and portfolio management. Growing up in South Africa, she has always been driven by a desire to create meaningful impact, which led to an interest in the affordable housing sector in the United States. After working with an affordable housing investment firm over the summer, she is eager to further expand her knowledge and expertise in this crucial area of real estate.
