Olivia Matthews is a Master of Real Estate student concentrating in Finance and Investment at NYU’s Schack Institute of Real Estate. She currently works in new development brokerage and the non-profit sector and is passionate about housing affordability, accessibility, and community impact. Her research focuses on trends in affordable housing at both the local and national levels. Olivia holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University (2021).
