Cole Fox is a Master of Real Estate Development student concentrating in The Business of Development at NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate. As a native Floridian, Cole has focused his research on coastal development and is interested in how the built environment can be molded to foster vibrant communities that can withstand the challenges of climate change. Cole graduated from Swarthmore College with a B.S. in Engineering (2017) and has spent the past seven years in New York City, working as an Engineer for Turner Construction.
